The shopper journey was once a simple linear process that has evolved into a complex ecosystem of multi-channel experiences. To navigate the overload of developing consumer insights, a simple education series was designed to showcase the latest technology in a new engaging platform. Using a simple visual language, a digital showroom was designed to take users on a virtual tour that showcases the latest technologies, using wearable devices, proximity beacons and RFID technology. Workshops and traditional print material were successfully used to create a unique insight into the journey of the 21st century shopper.
